 The Miran Apartments is a small, quiet complex. Every unit is a ground floor unit, many with upgrades. There are cute gardens just outside your front porch, if you love your summer annuals, you will enjoy planting them here. We are located 2 blocks south of the hospital, so close it is an easy walk. Just a couple of blocks west, is Rucker Hill Park, with some of the best views of Everett's Marina and the Everett Navy Base. Rucker Hill Park has a nice sidewalk for walking/jogging or grass areas for having a picnic. This is a great place to watch the sun set. Everett Community College is just minutes away. The Miran Apartments are absolutely charming and have many long-termed residents.
